Terms and Conditions for Cinema Ticket Sales

Introduction:

By accessing or using the Mobile Application, you are agreeing to these Terms and entering into a legally binding contract with Cinema(s). Each Cinema remains fully responsible at all times for the accuracy, updating all rating/fees/prices and availability which is displayed on our Platform.

Price:

If the price you paid for a ticket is incorrect for whatever reason, Cinema(s) will have the right to cancel that ticket and refund to you the full amount that you paid in respect of the ticket.

Refund:

We are under no obligation to refund you or exchange your ticket(s) in the event that you make any error when purchasing your tickets through the Application. If you do not show up at the stated movie screening time or late arrive will not be refunded.

Payment:

Via this Application by completing the online booking forms, submitting your payment details as it is the purchaser’s duty to ensure that all booking and payment information is correct. If booking information is incorrect, Red Cloud is not obliged to rectify any errors. You will be required to provide the necessary payment details and to authorize payment of the amounts payable for the tickets ordered when submitting your booking request. If Cinemas is unable to duly effect such payment for any reason your booking may be cancelled. Order (Registration information) or Your Purchase: You have the choice of choosing your own seat on the Application. The sale, resale or transfer of any ticket to a third party is expressly prohibited. Only guests in possession of a valid ticket will be admitted into the auditorium. Movie tickets purchased via this Application will be available for collection at the relevant cinema. Tickets purchased online will be redeemed at Cinemas locations to which the purchase was intended for. Proof of purchase will be required in order for the invoice to be printed.

Right to cancel:

If you have booked tickets using the Red Cloud Cinema Application, you can cancel your order and refund all the items in the order up to seven (7) working days before the advertised start time of the screening.

Age and Age Restriction:

Photographic proof of age may be required for entry for all children below the age of 18 certificate films. Children below the age of 18 will not be allowed entry for rated movie. Children 2 years old and above, regardless of age, will require a ticket for admission. Check the censor warning before buying the tickets.

Stolen, Lost or Destroyed Tickets:

Upon receipt of the tickets all risk for loss and damage to the tickets shall pass to you. Tickets that have been stolen, lost or destroyed will not be refunded or replaced for any reason whatsoever.

Cancelled or Rescheduled Films:

If forced to do so by circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel a performance, vary the film, vary the start-time. In such circumstances our liability will be limited to the refund of the cost of the ticket purchase only or will issue replacement tickets for the same film or event at another show time. We will endeavor to contact you to cancel, reschedule or refund your booking. Convenience fee and taxes applicable thereon will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

Intellectual Property right:

This Application contains material which is owned by or licensed to us.

Privacy:

Red Cloud respects your data and your privacy. We use your data to provide and improve our products and services. You must not share your password and account details with anyone else. You must let us know if you think there has been unauthorized use of your account and/or if your phone or card is stolen or goes missing.

Amendments:

Red Cloud reserves the right to add to or amend these Terms from time to time. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Ethiopian law.
